Canada Greener Homes Federal Grant
- Established in May of 2021, the Canada Greener Homes Federal Grant is available to Canadian homeowners as part of the Canada Greener Homes Initiative.
- It offers a maximum of $5,000 with up to an additional $600 for pre/post evaluation costs.
- The Greener Homes Grant is closing and will not be accepting new applications after February 12th 2024. If you’re interested in solar we strongly suggest applying for the Canada Greener Homes Grant through the link below before the deadline even if you’re not 100% sure you’re moving forward with the solar project.

- Canada Greener Homes Federal Loan (will remain open after the grant closes)
- Established in August of 2022, the Canada Greener Homes Loan has a minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of $40,000.
- The loan has an interest-free repayment term of 10 years.
